Seeking a Recent Computer Graduate/ Stem Graduate with Good skills on Object Oriented Programming concepts and Database Concepts

Role: Java Developer
Duration: 9 -12 months


Job Description:
Nature of Contribution
o Demonstrate ability to drive abstract, course-grained ideas and approaches into concrete, fine-grained solutions.
o Demonstrate ability to work as an individual contributor (self-starter and learner)

Knowledge
• Recognized by peers as a strong technically and as hard working member of the organization
• Position requires needs 2-3 years and extensive IT knowledge of server side development and component development

ANALYSIS/PROBLEM SOLVING
•Ability to dissect systems and service problems and work with the teams to create improvement plans to drive resolution.
•Must be able to analyze from a customer’s view point, understand business and IT challenges and design a comprehensive solution that integrates smoothly into the customers environment.
•Must demonstrate a clear understanding of self-service capabilities with relation to IT products

COMMUNICATION
o Must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) for internal team discussions as well as for external team communication with client applications
o Must have the ability to work within virtual teams and demonstrate initiative

Skill Experience Need
1) Messaging Technologies - JMS, WebsphereMQ, TIBCO Intermediate Required
2) Java Expert Required
3) Maven, OS/Unix Scripting languages Expert Required
4) Technical Architecture Leadership Expert Required
5) Hibernate, JPA, O/R Mapping Intermediate Desired
6) Junit Test Framework Expert Required
