NEW TO THE ATLANTA AREA
Certified Personal Trainer bringing Aerobic, Fitness and Healthy Eating Seminars to Atlanta and surrounding areas.
For Children Ages 5-13
Seminars only offered for the month of February Seminars will last about an hour and half to two hours.
LOCATION: TBA. (Will be at a park or gymnasium) First Seminar is THIS Saturday February 4,2012, and every Saturday to follow for the month of February. (Saturday mornings and afternoon seminars available)
Seminar Loactions: City of Atlanta, Cobb County, Roswell, Dunwoody & Kennesaw
The cost per child is $35
Seminar will include:
A fun interactive nutrition lesson for kids about healthy eating and snacking
A fun aerobic/ dance activity
A fun interactive fitness workout
A healthy snack for children after workout.
Water and gatorade provided throughout the seminar, Parents welcomed to bring water and light snacks for their kid as well. Parents are welcomed to attend and watch!!
